Crafts for the holidays are almost a necessary element to the season. Can you really have the holidays without creating something fun? Or at the very least, attending a craft fair? I think not. To help boost the creative ideas, I wanted to share five cozy craft ideas that you can do this holiday season either by yourself or with loved ones.
I know many of us get stuck in the crazy whirlpool of “go, go, go” that just pushes us around and around this time of year. However, I am really trying to fight the current this year.
Being creative takes time and energy. With that being said, I know I can’t really create anything worthwhile when I am constantly spinning around and following the social trends.
I don’t desire to be out of the loop, but I don’t want to be like everyone else. Making time for cozy crafts has really helped me slow down for a few minutes and just enjoy the messy, fun, creative process of making something from scratch.
Whether you find yourself stuck in the chaos, or maybe you’ve been able to escape, I hope these holiday craft ideas help you to slow down and get into the cozy spirit of the season.

The DIY Ball Ornament for the Year is an opportunity for you and your family or friends (or even by yourself) to reflect on the blessings from the year. Snowman Gift Tags

Snowmen to me are quintessentially Christmas, but they are also a lovely and fun part of winter in general. Where I live, we can make snowmen most of the winter time, and I really love getting to create projects that use them. Hence these gifts tags!
As a bonus, you could create these gift tags along with the Christmas gift tags above at the same time. Then you would have a lot of tags to choose from when wrapping your Christmas presents!
