Easy Chai Tea Latte Mix

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup powdered dry milk
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup powdered black tea
  • 1/3 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1/3 cup powdered french vanilla creamer
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. all-spice
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom
  • 6-8 oz. water hot
  • splash of heavy whipping cream

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor -OR-
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl or food processor.
  2. Bowl: Use a whisk to mix all of the ingredients until incorporated evenly. Food Processor: Blend the ingredients together until incorporated evenly and color is consistent throughout.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons of mix with 6-8 ounces of hot water. Add a splash of heavy cream, if desired. Transfer remaining mix to an airtight container. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make the tea stronger by adding more of the mix, or you can make it weaker with less.
